Besides the selling of rugs, we also offer customers a range of services such as cleaning, repair, rentals and professional appraisals. Should you require servicing of one of your carpets or if you are simply interested in a carpet you found on our website, we can make arrangements with you to have it delivered to you by our staff. Delivery of carpets purchased on BashirCarpets.com
For all online orders, BashirCarpets.com uses UPS as its primary source of transport. All orders purchased through us at BashirCarpets.com are professionally handled and shipped through UPS shipping services. All amounts are in US Funds. Our shipping charges are for the continental USA and Canada and include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. We ship within 5-10 business days of receipt of payment.
There will be a shipping fee applied to all Canadian orders (including orders delivered to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest territories). Upon receipt of payment, shipping times are usually 2 to 4 business days for the East Coast, 4 to 6 business days for the Mid-West, and 8 to 10 business days for the West Coast. Canadian residents living within the province of Quebec are required to pay GST (5%) and PST (9.5%). Canadian residents living within the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Foundland/Labrador, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island are required to pay HST. All other Canadian residents are required to pay GST. We do not absorb shipping fees for all Canadian destinations. All our orders are shipped using UPS ground service for Canada. We regret that we are unable to ship our oriental rugs to APO or PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.

Residents Outside the U.S & Canada:
We ship UPS expedited for all destinations other than the U.S.A & Canada. International expedited shipping is 4-10 business day delivery. For our International orders all shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping for International orders is not available. We regret that we are unable to ship our oriental rugs to APO or PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.
1. Do I need to be at home to accept my delivery when it arrives?
If you are unavailable at time of delivery, UPS will leave your ordered rug(s) in a safe place at their facilities until you arrive home. However, we strongly suggest you be present to accept your delivery in person although it is not mandatory.
2. Can I track my order while in shipment? How?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from BashirCarpets.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the UPS website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
3. How will I be contacted if I don’t have an email address?
You do not need an email address to order a carpet from BashirCarpets.com. Once your order is placed online or via phone, you will receive a phone call from our Customer Care department with details regarding your order details and any other questions you may have.
