We are the official appraisers of a number of major Canadian insurance companies and the Canada Border Services Agency (known as Canada Customs prior to 2003). Over the years, our experts have appeared in federal and provincial court rooms as expert witnesses for Persian and Oriental carpets on behalf of consumer insurance companies, major law firms, the government and the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) of Canada.

If you are seeking a verbal evaluation, no fee will be charged to you. It will be given to you for free provided you come to our showroom with your carpet between 4:30 PM and 5 PM. We are located at 8461, Decarie boulevard, Montreal, Quebec and are open from Monday to Saturday except on Canadian national holidays and Quebec provincial holidays.

With every purchase, we can provide you with an appraisal certificate for insurance purposes or your personal records. When we issue an appraisal, it is issued at a price that one would expect to pay for such a product in a retail store. The appraisal value represents the replacement cost of these carpets when purchased through established means of distribution. The appraisals we issue are issued by our stationary whereby the value represents the opinion of our staff as to the fair retail replacement value in the marketplace.
